The Humility Of Pain
I know you know the humility of pain
But I must tell you to understand
The personalities of your fellows
As long as you keep your life
You got to know where to go
And where to stay away from
And worry that people are too meek
For you don’t think you’re so smart
And they’re here to test you
It’s only a personality
That’s different than yours
Just stay out of trouble
That the wrong road or that you bring on yourself
So go to that place
I want to send you there
But I understand that my invitation
Will change your life
It’s late in the night
Without electricity day (?)
I’ve got another place
And soon I might remember
But it’s not like I didn’t exist
I want you to decide to take the chance
I know you know the humility of pain
Well I must tell you to understand
The personalities of your fellow man
And decide who not to be with

Work of Art
The ain’t no doubt about that
It’s a work of art
My boy it’s a mystery
My ???
Turns all around
It moves like a cloudy day
There ain’t no doubt about that
It’s a work of art
It sorts itself out
It exists
Can wrap around the world
One could look at it
And in the world
It’s a mystery
It tries to look
Look at it too
There ain’t no doubt about it
It’s a work of art

I Stepped Out of It
I stopped the world
And I stepped out of it
I cut a clean path
I stepped out of it
I’ve gone and stepped out of everything
Everyone in this room
Saw money coming to them
You can get your money
And sell a little differently
The more things you buy
The higher the cost of them
And why am I doing this?
Because you let me
There’s not a heart
That’s bigger in here
There is health in every pure thought
You got me thinking about too

I Want To Look In
I want to look in
I don’t want to look out
Because if it’s out there
There’s the place to be
Think about the adjectives
Describe the way it is
It’s not uncommon
To have to go the other way
And move the moment
Like fire and ice
We’ll walk the spectrum
With lights on the walls
The floors are dead now
And that makes them alive
They love you so much
How could you turn away?
We’re not talking never
I want to look in

I Can’t Leave A Clue
It’s about two things
Power and luck
And they come from the love and knowledge
Embrace your chances for a miracle
You got it at your doorstep
Just open the door
And when it’s open
There be so much more
Right now I have a quest
To destroy what I did
I wanna see the future
I’ll go through that door
And leave my belongings
You know how heavy they are
I can’t ever show that
I can’t ever leave
Oh, close (?)

Share My Life
I want somebody to share my life
I’ll never leave you alone
I want to take somebody into my life
I’m searching for you
I know that you’re there
I’m done with before
I don’t see the past
Let’s make the clock disappear
There’s only one thing to say
You’re missing somebody
You’re missing me
There’s nothing to weigh you down
I don’t have a past
Let’s make the clock disappear
There’s only one thing to see
You’re missing somebody
You’re missing me
There’s nothing to weigh you down
I don’t have a past
Let’s make the jump into eternity
You’ll find you’re future
And we’ll forget about that

You Know You Need
You’ve got to clean out the house
Take out all the things you don’t want
You know you know to go beyond everything
And not be barred (bored?) with your world
You’ve got to look around
You got to be yourself
Do you know your friend?
Well I’d die for him
Know that I’ll come back
And live again
But the promise is all you need
And you’ve got the promise
I don’t need to discuss my life
We’re talking about it now
I know that you’ll hear me
You didn’t bring me all this way for nothing
I know that you’re here
And we’re both together
What more could you want?
You’d be surprised at how simple your intake can be
You got to clean out the house
Take out all the things you don’t want
You know you need to go beyond everything
And not be barred (bored?) with your world
You thought you had energy before
You won’t know where you are
And the refrigerator is dead and gone
